These Terms of Service, together with any policies, notices, feature-specific terms, or additional terms we make available from time to time, govern your access to and use of PUF, PUF Wallet, PUF Web, puf.world, and any related applications, websites, smart-contract interfaces, token tools, creator tools, trading flows, analytics pages, social features, reward systems, claim tools, staking tools, and other products or services offered under the PUF brand (collectively, the “Services”).
For support, questions, or technical issues, contact us through https://x.com/puflaunch.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Important Notice
The Services involve digital assets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, third-party wallets, third-party infrastructure, and other technologies that may be experimental, volatile, and risky. You may lose some or all of your funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions, transactions, wallets, keys, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
PUF does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, securities, or trading advice. Nothing in the Services is a recommendation, solicitation, offer, endorsement, or guarantee relating to any token, asset, creator, project, transaction, or strategy.
2. Restricted Jurisdictions and Restricted Persons
The Services are not developed for, offered to, or intended for use by any person or entity that is located in, incorporated in, resident in, a citizen of, or operating from any jurisdiction where use of the Services, cryptocurrency transactions, token trading, token creation, or related blockchain activity is prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, embargoed, or otherwise unlawful under applicable law.
This includes any country, region, person, or entity subject to sanctions, embargoes, or similar restrictions imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations, or any other applicable authority, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, and any other restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction or person (collectively, “Restricted Persons” and “Restricted Jurisdictions”).
You must not use the Services if you are a Restricted Person, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or acting on behalf of a Restricted Person. You must not use VPNs, proxies, false information, or any other method to bypass these restrictions.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a Restricted Person;
- You are not located in, organized in, or operating from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
- Your use of the Services is lawful where you are located;
- Your funds are not derived from illegal, restricted, or sanctioned sources;
- You have the full legal right and capacity to use the Services; and
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted or otherwise made available. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
4. Changes to the Services
We may add, modify, suspend, disable, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes token creation tools, trading features, bonding curves, claim tools, staking tools, analytics, social features, wallet features, supported chains, supported tokens, fees, reward systems, API access, third-party integrations, and any other functionality.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, missed opportunities, failed transactions, lost rewards, reduced liquidity, price changes, unavailable features, data delays, or other consequences resulting from changes to or interruptions of the Services.
5. Accessing the Services and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, account, device, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery methods, and any connected third-party accounts or wallets.
PUF does not control your private keys, recovery phrases, device security, wallet permissions, or third-party account access unless explicitly stated in a specific product flow. If you lose access to your wallet, keys, device, account, or recovery method, we may not be able to recover your assets or access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet, account, device, or connected identity. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access, compromised devices, phishing, malicious links, wallet-draining attacks, third-party wallet failures, or your failure to secure your own access.
6. Use of the Services
PUF products may allow users to create, discover, buy, sell, swap, claim, stake, lock, burn, analyze, or interact with digital assets, tokens, smart contracts, wallets, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, bonding curves, creator tools, social features, and other blockchain-based systems.
The Services may include, without limitation:

- Social features such as profiles, follows, comments, or other community tools;
- Cross-chain or multi-chain routing flows;
- Integrations with third-party wallets, decentralized exchanges, bridges, APIs, indexers, infrastructure providers, and identity systems.
You acknowledge that many transactions and interactions occur through third-party networks, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, wallets, bridges, protocols, RPC providers, APIs, indexers, or other external infrastructure. PUF does not control these third-party systems and is not responsible for their performance, security, accuracy, availability, legality, or results.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding every transaction before approving it.
7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
The Services may provide access to or rely on third-party products, networks, protocols, software, APIs, SDKs, wallets, decentralized exchanges, bridges, market data providers, blockchain networks, identity providers, social platforms, hosting providers, and other infrastructure.
Third-party services may include, without limitation, blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges, World App, World ID, World Chain, wallet providers, swap aggregators, bridge providers, RPC providers, analytics providers, indexing providers, and other external services.
We do not control third-party services. We do not guarantee their uptime, execution quality, pricing, liquidity, routing, security, accuracy, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
PUF is not liable for losses arising from third-party services, including failed transactions, incorrect data, delayed data, bridge failures, liquidity issues, smart-contract bugs, RPC failures, wallet errors, account abstraction issues, gas spikes, slippage, MEV, front-running, network congestion, or protocol changes.
8. Blockchain and Transaction Risks
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted, confirmed, or executed, it may not be possible to reverse, cancel, refund, or modify it.
You accept all risks related to digital assets and blockchain activity, including:
- Loss of funds;
- Token price volatility;
- Low liquidity;
- High slippage;
- Smart-contract bugs or exploits;
- Failed or delayed transactions;
- Incorrect token metadata;
- Incorrect or delayed market data;
- Incorrect holder, volume, market cap, or chart data;
- Network congestion;
- Gas price changes;
- Bridge or routing failures;
- MEV, front-running, sandwich attacks, or other execution risks;
- Creator fraud, token abandonment, rug pulls, market manipulation, or misleading token information;
- Loss of wallet access;
- Regulatory changes;
- Forks, chain reorganizations, outages, or protocol changes.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to create, buy, sell, swap, claim, stake, lock, burn, hold, or otherwise interact with any token or asset.
9. Human Verification and Identity Features
Some PUF features may use human-verification systems, including World ID or similar proof-of-personhood tools. Human verification may be used to limit token creation, claims, rewards, trading flows, creator access, or other product features.
Human verification does not mean that a user, token, creator, project, or transaction is safe, legitimate, valuable, compliant, endorsed, or free from risk. Human verification is only an access-control or anti-bot mechanism. You must not treat it as investment approval, quality assurance, due diligence, or a guarantee.
You must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, rent, sell, transfer, farm, automate, or abuse verification systems, identity checks, claim systems, reward systems, or human-only restrictions.
10. Tokens, Creators, and User Content
The Services may allow users or creators to create tokens, publish token information, add descriptions, upload images, add links, create claim pools, launch staking pools, build communities, or otherwise publish content.
Creators and users are solely responsible for the tokens and content they create or publish. PUF does not guarantee that any token, creator, description, image, link, claim pool, staking pool, social post, rating, analytics page, or other user-generated content is accurate, lawful, complete, safe, or reliable.
PUF may remove, hide, restrict, disable, label, or otherwise moderate tokens, content, creators, profiles, links, comments, claim pools, staking pools, or other materials at its discretion, including where we believe they are illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, spammy, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
You represent and warrant that any content, token metadata, links, images, descriptions, names, symbols, or other materials you provide:
- Are accurate and not misleading;
- Do not violate any law;
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Do not contain malware, scams, phishing links, or harmful code;
- Do not promote illegal activity, hate, harassment, threats, exploitation, or abuse; and
- Comply with these Terms.
By submitting content to the Services, you grant PUF a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, and make available that content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
11. Token Data, Analytics, Rankings, and Market Information
The Services may display prices, charts, holder counts, market caps, volume, liquidity, rankings, trending lists, creator statistics, trust signals, token metadata, transaction history, or other analytics.
This information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, estimated, or affected by third-party data sources, indexing delays, blockchain conditions, API errors, liquidity changes, or technical limitations.
PUF does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or usefulness of any data or analytics. You must not rely on the Services as your only source of information before making decisions.
12. Fees
PUF may charge fees for certain Services, including but not limited to token creation, buy transactions, sell transactions, swaps, routing, creator tools, claim tools, staking tools, or other product features. Third-party networks, wallets, bridges, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, and other infrastructure may also charge fees, gas costs, spreads, routing fees, or other costs.
Fees may change at any time. We may not always be able to show all third-party fees, slippage, price impact, or gas costs before a transaction is submitted. You are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before confirming any transaction.
PUF is not liable for losses, damages, or unexpected costs related to fees, gas, slippage, routing, execution price, price impact, third-party fees, failed transactions, or changed transaction conditions.
13. Rewards, Claims, Points, Referrals, Incentives, and Staking
PUF may offer rewards, claims, points, referrals, incentives, staking tools, creator rewards, user rewards, token distributions, badges, campaigns, competitions, or similar programs from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these programs are discretionary and may be changed, paused, restricted, recalculated, delayed, or discontinued at any time. Eligibility, allocation, timing, calculation, and distribution are determined at our discretion or according to the rules made available for the specific program.
PUF does not guarantee that any reward, claim, incentive, staking yield, point, allocation, badge, or distribution will be available, accurate, profitable, transferable, or have monetary value.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or legal obligations arising from rewards, claims, staking, incentives, or token distributions.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, sanction, court order, or third-party right;
- Use the Services from or on behalf of any Restricted Jurisdiction or Restricted Person;
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, scams, phishing, or other illicit financial activity;
- Manipulate markets, including pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, spoofing, layering, self-trading, fake volume, coordinated deception, or misleading promotion;
- Exploit, attack, manipulate, bypass, or interfere with smart contracts, APIs, wallets, identity systems, verification systems, claim systems, reward systems, or platform security;
- Use bots, scripts, crawlers, farms, automated systems, or unauthorized tools to abuse the Services;

- Encourage or help anyone else do any of the above.
We may suspend, restrict, block, remove, label, report, or terminate access to any user, wallet, creator, token, content, or transaction flow if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required by law or third-party platform rules.
15. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, code, product names, service names, branding, and other materials, are owned by PUF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any PUF intellectual property. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Services unless we expressly allow it in writing.
All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners.
16. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, or other input about the Services, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
You grant PUF a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit your feedback for any purpose.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Services may involve the collection, processing, storage, or transmission of information, including wallet addresses, transaction data, device data, usage data, profile data, verification-related data, and other information. Any personal information we collect is handled according to our Privacy Policy, if available, and applicable law.
Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses, token balances, transactions, creator activity, claims, swaps, staking activity, and other on-chain actions may be publicly visible and may be analyzed by anyone.
18. No Financial, Investment, Tax, Legal, or Securities Advice
PUF is not your broker, exchange, custodian, financial advisor, investment advisor, portfolio manager, tax advisor, legal advisor, or securities intermediary.
The Services do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, securities, or trading advice. Any information displayed through the Services is for general informational and product-use purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, profitable, available, compatible with your device or wallet, or free of bugs, viruses, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.

23. Suspension and Termination

Termination or suspension does not affect blockchain transactions already executed or obligations that should reasonably survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution terms.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction determined by PUF, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us through https://x.com/puflaunch and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through the courts or dispute-resolution process determined by PUF and applicable law.
If PUF later publishes jurisdiction-specific dispute resolution terms, arbitration terms, or venue terms, those terms will apply from the date they become effective, unless prohibited by applicable law.
25. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PUF agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PUF waive any right to a jury trial in any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
26. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
27. No Waiver
